Return Policy

Unfortunately VapingMad will not be able to accept returns on E-liquids or Pre-Made Coils.  Please contact us via email regarding any issues. 

Rebuilables, RBA, RDA, RTA, and Mech Mods are for experts, not your average or beginner vaper with no OHM METER or knowledge of how to use a meter 
or when a meter must be used or how electronic devices work. The inexperienced without basic knowledge of electronics cannot safely use these devices. 
THESE PRODUCTS CARRY NO WARRANTY

Clearomizers, Atomizers and Commercial tanks carry NO WARRANTY due to health and hygienic reasons.

Damaged USB ports on devices after the 7-day return policy or in-store setup will not be refunded or exchanged.

The Buyer shall inspect the good/s immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming via email if the goods are damaged. If the wrong good/s are received, please DO NOT open them. Inform us immediately. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the good/s.

If the Buyer would like to return any good/s (excluding e-Liquids, pre-made coils or Atomizers (RTA, RBA, RDTA, RDA, Clearomizers and Atomizers)  for any reason at all, the Buyer may do so within 7 working days of receiving the purchased goods. Goods returned must be in a new and unused condition. 
The Seller will refund the cost of the goods; however shipping charges are non-refundable, unless its a mistake on the part of VapingMad.

Electronic Mods and Electronic Devices carry a 90 Day warranty. Warranty is nullified if any physical damage is present on the device.  Batteries & Mechanical Devices have a limited 7 day warranty. Devices to be returned to The VapingMad Head office by the buyer for assessment.  If an item is found defective and it is still within the manufacturer warranty period the item will be replaced, unless the warranty has been voided by misuse.  Your Purchase Slip will be required for exchanges.  

When purchasing in store, devices should be checked for any manufacturer defects or faults.  If a manufacturer default is found when the device is setup in store, it will be immediately be replaced.  Good practice would be to set the device up in store especially if you are a novice Vaper.  Prior consent from the Seller must be approved via e-mail before any good/s are shipped back to the Seller. All returns are the responsibility of the Buyer until the returned Goods reach the Seller.  
 
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package.

Refunds and warranties will not be applied to good/s that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product.
 
With all purchases, we provide 7 day policy where if the product is at fault we will exchange. Refunds are only issued when we have had a chance to 
resolve the problem with the customer.

VapingMad DOES NOT accept collections from the Post Office. Please ensure that you use a "Door-to-Door" courier service for all your returns.
